PSV Eindhoven have been offered the chance to sign Brighton striker Evan Ferguson, sources have told Football Insider.
The 20-year-old striker is set to be on the move again this summer after spending the second half of last season on loan at West Ham.
Everton and Nottingham Forest are among the clubs who have registered their interest to Brighton.
Now, Dutch big guns PSV have emerged as a key club in the race for Ferguson.
Sources say they have been offered the chance to take the striker on loan for next season.
Brighton are interested in loan and permanent offers for the 22-time Republic of Ireland international, but it is believed a season-long loan move is the most likely option.

Everton and Forest race PSV to agree Evan Ferguson deal
Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider on 13 June that Brighton plan to send Ferguson out on loan again after a difficult spell at West Ham.
During his spell at the London Stadium, the Ireland international started just one Premier League game and played a total of 151 minutes across his eight appearances.
As a result, Fabian Hurzeler has no plans to reintegrate the striker back into his first-team options and instead is keen for him to gain experience elsewhere.
There is a belief that a move to the reigning Eredivisie winners would allow him to make a step up and develop his game away from the pressure of English football.
However, Football Insider revealed in April that Everton are interested in signing Ferguson, and David Moyes backs himself to transform his recent fortunes.
Nottingham Forest’s interest, meanwhile, comes as Nuno Espirito Santo plans to bring in an alternative to Chris Wood despite his fantastic season at the City Ground.

David Moyes eyes ‘£35m’ Thierno Barry deal
Everton’s interest in Ferguson comes as Dominic Calvert-Lewin is widely expected to leave upon the expiry of his contract, as a number of alternatives are being considered.
Football Insider revealed on 6 June that Everton are resigned to losing Calvert-Lewin and will now turn their attentions towards landing a replacement.
Following that, Football Insider revealed on 14 June that Everton are interested in Villarreal star Thierno Barry as they plan to make a big-money offer for his services.
Barry, 22, has been identified as a key target and the club have been told a £35million offer would be enough to get a deal over the line.
