COVENTRY City forward Haji Wright came off the bench to score for United States of America in their opening match of the Gold Cup.
Wright scored USA’s fifth goal in a dominant 5-0 victory against Trinidad and Tobago.
The 27-year-old cut in from the left before curling a shot into the right corner of the goal six minutes from time.
Wright entered the pitch on 73 minutes with Mauricio Pochettino’s side already three-nil ahead.
A brace from Malik Tillman put USA in command at PayPal Park in San Jose, California.
And further goals from Patrick Agyemang, Brenden Aaronson and Wright sealed an emphatic victory.
