Rangers have yet to officially confirm any summer transfer arrivals, but that could soon be about to change.
Kwame Poku looks like being first through the door at Ibrox, with Rangers set to see off competition from multiple clubs for the exciting talent’s signature.
Lyall Cameron is another new Rangers face this summer, albeit the terms of that agreement were struck in the winter window.
The likes of Harry Toffolo and Max Aarons also continue to be linked with moves to Rangers, with all focus now on transfer activity ahead of the 2025-26 season starting.
Rangers urged to make six summer signings
With the American-led takeover now finalised, Rangers know they have £20million to spend on new signings this summer.
All of that money will likely be needed if the gap is to be closed on last season’s runaway champions Celtic.
And in the view of Derek Ferguson, news of £20m – at least – being freed up is exciting for Rangers, while at the same time making for an intriguing period as a number of players are targeted.
“We need quality players in,” Ferguson exclusively told Ibrox News. “There’s a budget there to work with and we need five or six in the door, spending big on them.

“We need pace and power in particular. This is where it’s going to be intriguing. It’s a juggling act between the recruitment team and the manager.
“It’s all well and good finding bargains, but we need five or six quality signings. But this [£20m news] certainly excites me.”
Rangers new signings surely imminent
After a couple of months dominated by takeover and new manager talk, the only thing Rangers fans are now concerned about is getting new faces in before the season starts.
It looks as though two new signings could be imminent at Rangers, hopefully sparking a flurry of activity.
Players will also head out of Ibrox, but the ultimate aim is to ensure that the squad is considerably stronger in two months’ time than it was at the end of last season.
