Tiffany Stratton isn’t backing down from Charlotte Flair heading into WWE WrestleMania 41 this weekend.

WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton was a recent guest on Gorilla Position. When asked about her split-screen interview with Charlotte Flair going off the rails a few weeks back on SmackDown, Stratton had a very appropriate response.

“I mean, of course, I hear all the noise,” Tiffany Stratton admitted. “I mean, Twitter didn’t let me not hear all the noise. But I mean, congratulations to Charlotte, a fifteen-year veteran, buried a rookie in an interview.

“I hope she got all of the TV time that she so desperately needs, because clearly she needs it more than I do. So, going into WrestleMania, I’m still just focused on beating her. And if it were to happen where Charlotte beats me, then you know what? I’ve got another Wrestlemania, at least ten more, at least.”

When asked if she thinks a loss to Flair at WrestleMania could derail her WWE career long-term, Stratton said she doesn’t think that’s the case.

“No, I don’t think it would derail me in the long run,” Tiffany Stratton said. “I do think it’d be time for me to reflect and kind of go back to the drawing board and figure out what I need to do next. But I don’t think it would derail me in the long run. I’ve got again, at least 10 more years in me. If anything, it would actually be kind of a good thing, because I’m a year on SmackDown, and I feel like I don’t want to accomplish too much too soon, to where I get boring.

Tiffany Stratton will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair this weekend at WrestleMania 41.
